The regulator on Board (Division 240)

The weapons and security equipment boarded pleasure craft must be adapted to the practiced navigation. It depends on the distance of removal of a shelter. The General provisions on arms and security equipment are treated in the 2nd section of the 240 division (articles 240 - 2.04 at 240 - 2.16 + Annex 240 - A01). 240 division is applicable to all vessels pleasure craft for personal use or training, less than or equal to 24 m hull length. To better meet the security requirements, a new navigation midshore area was created.
